Granulate Section
Wet granulator is one of the most important equipment for carbon black production,

 Dry section

Dry section is the main section of the carbon black production, its main role is to remove water from the carbon black granulation.
Drum with various internal components such as the shape of plates copied I. expected spiral plate, and concentrate, baffle, and these components are arranged in a certain combination to dry the carbon black.
Desiccant drying capacity can 15000-50000 tons / year, and carbon black production line based on the ability of matching design.
