Carbon black plant

  Process uses reactor with gas or oil to produce carbon black, product is used as rubber strengthening & filling, colorant & ultraviolet light screening material of plastic, dry battery compounding agent, rocket propellant, xerography powder and makeup. 

   The capacity is 15,000~100,000 t/y.

The control method has 2 kinds, semi-automatic control and computer automatic control.
