Phosphoric Acid Plant

This is the latest unique technology in the world developed by the Asia Chemical,

it is completely different from the current yellow phosphorus thermal phosphoric acid process and wet phosphoric acid process.

It adopts dynamic wave thermal reaction technology. It’s no need to produce yellow phosphorus from phosphate rock first and

then produce phosphoric acid from yellow phosphorus, similarly,

it’s also not the wet process phosphoric acid production which use the strong acid to decompose phosphate rock, and generate a large amount of pollutant phosphogypsum.

In our dynamic wave thermal phosphoric acid production technology,

phosphate rock, coke, silica and other raw materials are directly fed into the dynamic wave reactor to complete the reduction and oxidation reaction.

  The heat source required for the reaction is natural gas or coal gas.

The P2O5 gas produced by the reaction can generate high quality phosphoric acid with concentration 85% after being absorbed and hydrated by the absorption tower,

and the whole production will not produce pollutants such as phosphogypsum.

 

The main advantages of Asia Chemical’s dynamic wave thermal phosphoric acid technology are:

1. Completely different from the current yellow phosphorus thermal process and wet phosphoric acid technology,

it can directly produce 85% high-quality phosphoric acid from phosphate rock.

It can be directly used in food grade and battery grade, without producing pollutants such as phosphogypsum.

2. The low quality phosphate rock with less than 20%P2O5 content can be directly used without mineral processing,

and the ore resources can be fully utilized.

3. The power consumption per ton of P2O5 is only 300-500KWh, which is about 8% of the production of yellow phosphorus thermal phosphoric acid proess,

which greatly reduces the energy consumption of production.

4. The production cost is 1/3-1/4 of that of the yellow phosphorus thermal process, 20-30% lower than that of the wet phosphoric acid technology.

5. The cost of investment will be reduced by 20-30%.
