Production capacity :

The main processes of this production line include calcium liquid production and drying granulation;
the purity of produced anhydrous calcium chloride can reach above 95%;
the tail gas of production process can reach to emission standard after desulfuration and washing. 
 
The granulation system adopts spray fluidized bed drying method, greatly increasing heat exchange efficiency by enlarging material's contacting area, decreasing energy consumption. Meanwhile, the production line can adjust equipment selection according to the yield, satisfying requirements from different clients.
