Model:
Production capacity : 10,000~100,000tons/year
Introduction:Solid Phase Process (melting process)
The materials in this process are sodium carbonate and quartz sand, or sodium sulfate and quartz sand.
The feeding materials are melting and reaction in furnace.
The reaction Equation:
Na2CO3 +nSiO2 → Na2O•n(SiO2) + CO2
Na2SO4 +1/2C +nSiO2 → Na2O•n(SiO2) +SO3 + 1/2CO2
The sodium silicate produced by this melting process with wide range mole ratio 1.8~3.6 depending on requirements of different applications.
Inquiry need to supply information:
Customers need to first determine which kind of raw materials, which kind of fuel, and annual capacity
in tons/year. According to different fuels, raw materials, reaction furnace materials, and combustion devices
will be different, we need to customize the quotation according to the determined requirements.
Application filed:
Product to be widely used in glue making, melting mould foundry, mine selection, fast dry cement, Detergent
powder, Soap production, corrugate plate making etc field.
Produt Specification:
Solid sodium silicate, the ratio in the range 1.8~3.6, in Lump or granular form.
Process Features:
1. Finished product to be solid, convenient for transportation, and low transportation cost.
2. Finished product used in widely range, mole ratio can be regulated during dissolving work,
almost applicable for all of the industry.
Solid phase Furnace will benefit the investor for the followings:
1. high furnace temperature, which it is the prerequisite to produce the good quality of the sodium silicate,
this will improve the product competitiveness.
2. low fuel consumption, which directly decrease the fuel cost.
3. our furnace more reasonable structure which benefit less maintenance cost and time,
which will saving 10~30% maintenance cost.
4.our furnace no black smoke, it is accord to national standard, it is good for the environment
and benefit for human beings, it can saving more than tens of thousands cost smoke dust collection
unit investment. meanwhile avoid to pay the discharge fee to the government.
