 Aluminum Sulfate Production Line Introduction

Our company adopts advanced continuous production process of acidolysis method, combined with automatic control system, to build an environmentally friendly, efficient and stable aluminum sulfate production line, realizing the whole process refined control from raw material feeding to finished product packaging, ensuring stable product quality, sufficient production capacity and green compliance.

一、Core Production Process Flow
1 Raw Material Pretreatment and Metering 
Select high-quality aluminum hydroxide and industrial sulfuric acid as core raw materials, accurately measure and proportion by automatic weighing system, strictly control raw material purity and feeding ratio to ensure the subsequent reaction in precision.

2 Acidolysis Reaction (Core Process)

Send the metered sulfuric acid and aluminum hydroxide into the reaction kettle for neutralization reaction under closed and temperature-controlled conditions. Precisely control the reaction temperature (80~150℃), pressure and reaction time to ensure the full reaction of raw materials and generate aluminum sulfate solution; the whole reaction process is closed to reduce exhaust gas emission, and equipped with exhaust gas absorption device to realize environmental protection production.

3 Crystallization and Drying

The concentrated material liquid is sent to the steel belt crystallizer, and the continuous cooling crystallization process is realized by water cooling, air cooling, adjusting the feeding amount and transmission speed to form Aluminum Sulfate Crystal; after the crystal material falls off the steel belt, it is initially crushed by a Flaker and enters the next process.

4 Crushing, Packaging

According to market demand, the crushed flaky aluminum sulfate crystal material is processed by crushing into small granular and powdery; quantitative automatic packaging, sealing and palletizing , and the packaging process is closed and dust-free to avoid product moisture and pollution.
